To set up Zendesk connector in VSTS please follow steps below:
- in VSTS on a particular project, please go to Project settings.
- Under General select Service hooks and click new.
- Find Zendesk and click Next.
- Set up trigger. Work item commented on.
- Select Area path. Leave [Any] for all work items in this project.
- Choose Work item type. Leave [Any] for all work item types.
- Optionally set up Contains string to set up trigger word or leave it blank to post all comments to Zendesk
- Click next and provide User account to authenticate to Zendesk and click finish
